Ersa Homes warrants that every Ersa Homes  has been constructed with materials and

workmanship, of a quality that meets or exceeds industry standards. 

We want you to be happy and hassle free with your new home and for peace of mind offer a full waranty on your new home which is explained below

15 year Major structual defect

Your new home is covered by a Government backed guarantee against any major structural Defects for a period of fifteen years from the date of possession.

Major Structural Defects mean defects in workmanship or material which have or are likely to have an adverse effect on the performance of the load bearing portion of the home such as footings, piles, basement walls, beams, floor joists, load bearing walls, and roof trusses. 

2 Year Internal warranty

For the first two years, Ersa Customer Care Team will be on hand to assist you with any issues that you may have in your new home.

Ersa Homes warrant that, the house is constructed in accordance with the building standards prescribed by the building code and that it is free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years from the date of possession. Materials and Workmanship covered by the the warranty include those supplied and installed by the Ersa Homes, its employees and those trades and others contracted directly by Ersa Homes.

All internal fixtures and fittings are covered for breakage or damage

Electrical appliances will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
