We bought our property from Erşa Construction in April 2005 and are delighted. We love the Anatolian design. It is different from anything else we have seen. We also like the fact that ours are only 2 floors high, on a complex of only 12. The staff at Erşa are very nice and are always ready to help whether it be a trip out, transfers or even changing a light bulb, they are always there when we need them, nothing is too much trouble.
Side is a beautifull place, not only for the history and fantastic beaches, also the people are so friendly and helpfull. We are really pleased we bought in Side from Erşa Construction.
