As part of our management service, we offer a fully comprehensive rental service, covering long term, short term and holiday lets, which will give you a financial return on your property. We will market your property via our own website and several well known UK and European rental websites, as well as word of mouth. We can also supervise any agent holiday lettings and owner’s tenants and we will charge only for the services provided.
We provide the following services:
• Meet and Greet your renters/visitors on arrival
• Key holding, cleaning & laundry, airport transfers etc.
• Collection of rental money and arranging utility bill payments(if requested)
• Provision of welcome packs for guests on arrival (if requested)
• Point of contact for renters/visitors regarding information and assistance.
Our commission charges are 7% of the total rental accrued. Please note that airport transfer fees, cleaning & laundry and any other extra services shall be arranged and settled separately.
We provide a 24-hour emergency contact number for all tenants & holiday makers.
